Refund Policy

It is the passion and dedication of Glad Wags Service Dogs, Inc. that makes us different from other Service Dog organizations and training facility. We are honored to make a difference in your life.

There is a NO REFUND POLICY. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the policy. The process of training a service dog will take a minimum of a year form the date you are matched with a dog or when you bring your own dog to the first class. If you start with a puppy it will take longer than a year to complete the training of your service dog. 

Be sure that you want to work with Glad Wags Service Dogs, Inc. We will not issue a refund because you changed your mind, you do not think we are preforming as you think we should or any other reason. Should the unlikely event happen that lawyers and courts become involved-- you the client will bear the cost for yourself and Glad Wags Service Dog Inc.
